This warranty reflects our commitment to your long-term satisfaction and peace of mind.

What’s Covered

This warranty protects you against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. It includes structural faults such as loose joints, warping, or breakages caused by manufacturing defects. If an issue arises during the warranty period, we will evaluate the problem and arrange a suitable solution. This may include repairing the item, replacing it, or offering an appropriate alternative at no extra cost to you.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to accidental damage such as stains, burns, scratches, or dents that occur after delivery. It does not cover general wear and tear from day-to-day use. Natural fading, softening, or changes in materials over time are not included. Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, or failure to follow care guidelines is excluded. Any modifications or alterations made to the furniture also void the warranty. The warranty is intended for domestic residential use only and does not apply to items used in commercial settings unless previously agreed in writing.

Tips to Protect Your Warranty

To keep your furniture in excellent condition and maintain your warranty coverage, follow the care instructions provided with your product. Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight or near heat sources. Use protective surfaces such as coasters or pads to prevent heat damage, staining, or watermarks. Clean the furniture with a soft, damp cloth and avoid using harsh cleaning agents. Report any damage or defects within 14 days of receiving your item to ensure proper documentation and fast support.

Making a Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact our customer support team at support@novexfurniture.co.uk. Please include your original order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or problem. Our team will respond within one to two working days. We will then guide you through the next steps, which may include organising a repair, a replacement, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
