Questions about orders

When will the payment be taken from my account?

Once an order is made online, the funds will display as 'pending' in your bank account.

The funds will be withdrawn once your goods have left our fulfilment center and are headed to our UK carrier.

How long will it take to receive my order?

When you place an order on our website, certain payment cards may show an authorization hold to ensure the availability of funds when we capture the payment. This may appear as a transaction on your account.

As per our policy, we cannot capture payment until your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Consequently, some banks place an authorization hold. This hold is valid for up to 7 days. If your order has not been shipped within this period, the authorization will be released. Rest assured, your order remains active and will be delivered within the promised timeframe.

Once your order is shipped and the payment is captured, this will be reflected on your account.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancelling an order is only possible until your order has been despatched.

Once an order was despatched, you will need to raise a return with us after delivery.

If your order is not despatched yet and you wish to cancel it, please contact us via e-mail.

What happens if my order arrives faulty or damaged?

What is the return policy at NOVEX FURNITURES?

At NOVEX FURNITURES, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to arrange this. If a fault is discovered after 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement.

3. Change of Mind

For online, mail, and telephone orders, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to provide a reason. Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel, you have another 14 days to return the goods. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

4. Proof of Purchase

Please retain your receipt or any proof of purchase, such as a bank statement or packaging, as this will be required to process your return.

5. How to Return Items

6. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
